straight to the point: what is 5W2H

This session is focused on 'what is 5W2H'. We will take a quick look at how to use this tool to help define a problem statement. This tool is helpful in working group sessions to bring your group in agreement on what the high level problem may be. After identifying your problem you may want to use a cause and effect diagram to get into the root-cause.

We start off by asking the 5Ws and then the 2Hs. For our example we are exploring why hamburgers are returned / wasted buns in a fast food restaurant. What is the problem? Watch the video to find out.

After enjoying this video you should have an understanding of how to use 5W2H and start identifying your own problem statements.
