Disappearing Tool Palettes - AutoCAD

Sometimes a tool palette will get pulled off the screen in AutoCAD and be impossible to find. Usually you can close any palettes that are showing and find a slight piece of it on the left or right of your screen, but if you can't, here are some suggestions for getting it back.
