OSRS Tormented Demons CA: Three Times the Thrashing [Actual Method]

Using Tz-ket-om or DH Axe + Ballista right after the entangle special has a special effect that makes the weapon hit a guaranteed 33 damage + it becomes 2 tick

I forgot to mention, but put ballista on accurate for it to be guaranteed 33 damage! On rapid, it will only be 20 guaranteed damage
