It's the Pentel Energel Style
It's the Pentel Energel Style ( https://amzn.to/2R0iRKo ) -- also known as the Pentel Philography -- compared to the Uniball Jetstream Prime 1 Rotation ( https://amzn.to/2CVl5ru ).
If you can't find the Jetstreap Prime 1 in the rotation / twist model, search for the model number: sxk-3000-07. You might have better luck on Ebay or Rakuten for now.
I like both of these pens a lot, even though I don't typically go for twist pens. The main difference between these two executive Japanese pens is the refill type: Pentel LR vs Parker G2. Make your decision on that. The Jetstream Prime 1 uses the SXR-700-07 refill that so many people in the US have been trying to get their hands on in 2018.
