Renovation Recap: EP1 Normanhurst NSW - Selling Houses Australia Series 12

Lynn is a mother of three daughters who has owned her Normanhurst home for 38 years. It’s a solid brick house on a big block but it’s showing its age. The property hasn’t so much gone to the dogs as to the cats, as the family love rescuing and fostering stray kitties. Lyn’s middle daughter Jo currently lives on the Central Coast but the plan is to combine resources once the Normanhurst home sells and for mother and daughter to buy somewhere in Sydney together. The trouble is, 130 groups have been through in four months with no offers! Can Shaynna and Charlie avert a cat-a-strophe and flip this place from feral to purr-fect.
