Ingredients (for 1 serving)
1 pack sesame leaves (usually 30 sheets)
120 g pasta spaghettini (any kind will do)
EVO (extra virgin olive oil), to taste
2-3 grains peperoncino (dried red pepper ok)
1.5 TBSP grated garlic
1 Tsp chicken powder (can be liquid)
a few tsp anchovy paste (tuna paste, fish sauce, enchobi, etc.)
250 ml Pecorino Romano (by volume, white cheddar, orange cheddar all work)
□Optional toppings
EVO (extra virgin olive oil), to taste
1.5 TBSP ground sesame seeds (sesame seeds work great too)

Cooking utensils: tepal, chefwin, muinyangpum, lotgee
Utensils : Randomly picked up (mordernhawoos)
Torch : Discontinued (you can google sheerjal)
Mortar and pestle: bought in a foreign country

Burners : Bruno, Zivra
Cheese grater : Ma2kro plain
