1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence

Frosting

1.5 Cups of icing sugar
1/5 Cup of softened butter
1/4 Teaspoon of lemon extract or essence
1.5 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 or 2 drops of yellow food colouring
