In the past, Toyota confirmed that all vehicles will have at least a hybrid option by 2025.
With that said, the 2.4-liter Hybrid Mac powertrain, which puts out 340 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque in the Toyota Crown, can be a great upgrade option! Especially when the 4Runner is supposed to compete against upper-level versions like the Ford Bronco or the Jeep Wrangler.
We can expect this option to be there for upper trims!
Not to mention! The company has also confirmed that the 2024 Tacoma will be getting the i-Force-Max V6 in at least the TRD pro grade. This makes it a possibility that the 4Runner will also feature it.
The interior and infotainment will also get a fantastic upgrade!
This is a given, honestly! They constantly update the interior; this time, we’re hoping for something lavish and modern!
The new Tundra-like interior is all we’ll ever need in the 4Runner. After all, it's genuinely the best example of modernization in a car’s interior.
