Montana declares winter storm emergency after major snowfall

Montana's governor declared a "winter storm emergency" on Sunday night, after the state was slammed with 3 feet of snow. Local warnings have been posted across the region, with downed trees and power lines making travel dangerous. Carter Evans reports.
