Ingredients:
- 400 grams chicken liver (cleaned and cut into pieces)
- 2-3 green chilies, 2-3 small piece of Ginger, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves,
7-8 garlic (make a paste of all this items)
- 2 tablespoon Malwani Home made masala
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 5-6 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Firstly Add turmeric powder, Malwani Masala, paste, and garam masala and salt Mix well with kaleji.
2.Now Keep for marination upto 5min.
3. Heat oil in a pan
4.. Add the liver pieces
5. Cover and cook on medium heat until the liver is fully cooked and tender.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve the delicious Liver Fry hot.
