This is an Instant Shah
This is an Instant Shah tukda recipe or bread triangles fried and immersed in a saffron sugar syrup topped with chopped almonds...A very delicious dessert indeed.
Do give it a try when your craving something sweet
for testing whether your sugar syrup has reached the right consistency
take a drop of the syrup ,once a bit cool,between your thumb and fore finger ,you should be able to get a thread like consistency..
