Drag from end to fade
Alt - Click on volume envelop to add key frame
Voice over - Mic icon on Timeline window - top right
Adjust track volume - Audio Mixer icon on Timeline window - top right

1. Drag & Drop to clip
2. Drag and drop as a new layer - adjust opacity (recommended)
3. Color grading - LUT
