Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

In this video I got a Chuck Roast and some veggies and cut them up and threw them into a crock pot.  I set it on low for 8 hours.  Also is a time lapse of the beef stew.

Ingredients
2 lbs Chuck Roast
1/4 c Flour
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1/2 t Dried Oregano
1/2 t Dried Parsley
1/4 t Cayenne Pepper
1 Onion
4 Potatoes
4 Carrrots
3 Celery Sticks
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Bay Leaves
2 c Beef Stock
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
