Pack a tire in ~5 Min - Pneumatic Tampter

This demo shows dirt packing a tire with a peneumatic (air) backfill tamper.  The tire was near finished in ~5 min.  This method reduces the amount of work and volunteers you will need to build your earthship.  The tire needed about 20 hits with a sledge hammer to push dirt into the rim as hard as a hand packed tire - 2 laps.
