The Tempo Trainer

At the Race Club one of our most valued pieces of equipment in the swim training bag is the Finis Tempo Trainer.  No matter what level or age of swimmer you are, whether you are a Triathlete, Masters, Age Group, Beginner or Professional swimmer, the Tempo Trainer enables the swimmer and coach to determine the optimal stroke rate for any given stroke and event.  Gary Sr demonstrates how he uses the Tempo Trainer to prepare for swimming the 200, 100 and 50 freestyle.
