If you can't activate your SIM card, try updating the APN settings on your Android.
How to Update Android APN Settings:
1) Tap the settings gear on your phone.
2) Tap Network and internet, mobile network or Wi-Fi and network. (Tap mobile network or SIM network on newer phones.)
Note: This varies with different software versions.
3) Find the green SIM card icon and tap your phone number - Access Point Names - New APN or the plus sign.

APN Type: default, supl, mms
APN Protocol: Select IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: Leave blank or keep the same
4) Double check your APN settings are correct - Tap the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner or more options - Tap save.
5) Select Q link under APN’s.
6) Restart your phone by holding down the power button and pressing restart.
Once you restart your phone, make sure your Wi-Fi is off. Open your browser and visit any website to start using your data. You should now be able to connect to your data and the internet with your android.
That's it! You're ready to plug and play on one of America's largest 4G LTE 5G networks.
