The Sheffield Round Walk is a 15-mile circular walk in the South-west of Sheffield. It combines urban and rural and takes in many parks, streams and districts.

Whilst the map and directions suggest starting at the Porter Valley section in Endcliffe Park, the walk can begin and end at any point.

In this vlog, the walk begins in Endcliffe Park and continues through the Porter Valley and Forge Dam. It is the most popular section of the walk as it is flat and you can enjoy cafes and playgrounds along the way. You can visit the16th-century waterpowered grinding workshop Shepherd Wheel in Whiteley Woods and enjoy a hot drink and food at Forge Dam Cafe.

After leaving Forge Dam, the walk continues to the Mayfield Alpacas Farm and then ends at the village of Ringinglow on the edge of the Peak District National Park where you can enjoy a drink at the Norfolk Arms.

The walk is easy to follow as it is well signposted.
