A recipe for tender juicy fish with vegetables in a spicy sauce and an incredibly tasty result. The traditional recipe uses hot peppers, as well as chickpea beans. But I don’t really like spicy dishes, so I used sweet peppers, and didn’t add chickpeas either. It turned out amazing. Try it.

Full recipe:
- fish 500 gr.
- carrots 1 pc.
- red and green peppers 2-3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- tomato 2-3 pcs.
- garlic 5-7 cloves
- asparagus 3 stalks
- parsley
- lemon 1 pc.
- olive oil
Sauce:
- olive oil 30 ml.
- sweet paprika 1 tsp
- ground black pepper
- cumin 0.5 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- tomato paste 1 tsp
- thyme

Cooking:
1. Cut vegetables into large pieces, lemon into rings.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour a little olive oil into a preheated pan and fry the chopped vegetables until half cooked.
4. Clean the fish from the skin and excess bones.
5. Pour the sauce over the semi-finished vegetables and mix together.
6. Put the fish fillet on top of the vegetables, put the chopped parsley and lemon rings. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
