We have to replace or repair appliances on a regular basis in our apartment communities. This is how to replace a pump on a Whirlpool Thin Twin Stackable unit. I have watched a couple of other videos and it appears that it works about the same on any type of whirlpool washing machine. It is also very similar to other brands as well. If you can not access it from underneath the washing machine you simply remove a couple of clips and slide it forward on most brands. This gives access to the front of the unit.
If you find your washing machine not working, this is a simple do it yourself (DIY) project that you should not need to hire a plumber for.
