How to make Persian Curry Spice Mix (Advieh)

We had lots of questions about Advieh in the previous Bademjoon video. In this video, we will show you how to make advieh using ingredients that should be available at any grocery store. At the end, we explain about using rose petals (a usual ingredient in advieh) if it is accessible for you.


Ingredients:
Turmeric - 3 tbsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Black pepper - 2 tsp
White pepper - 2 tsp
Paprika - 2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Clove - 1/4 tsp


Mix together and enjoy with fish, chicken, beef, in stews, etc!
