A small batch, single (or 2 serving) recipe for a quick and delicious, low fat, calorie and 'Point' Blue Cheese Dressing.

DISCLAIMER:
This is a collection of quick, simple, no frills videos. They are being made in the few minutes I have between "distance learning" classes for my kids. As a result, there are no fancy lights, backgrounds, or any of the typical 'food blogger' snobbery lol. This is just quick and simple real cooking. You'll hear kids screaming or singing in the background, Zoom classes in session... Adulting is fun.

Yields: 1/4 cup
Points: 1 Point on all 3 plans

Ingredients:
2-1/2 Tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp light mayonnaise
15 grams reduced fat blue cheese (OR 10 grams regular blue cheese)
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 medium clove garlic, crushed, chopped
1 to 2 tsp water, if needed, to thin the dressing

Directions:
- Mix till smooth.... done.
- Allow to set for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.

Note:
- You can use 1/8 tsp garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, but the flavor will be vastly inferior.
- Don't have white wine vinegar? No problem, use regular white vinegar. It'll be fine.
