Easy Nail Art - Neon Nails

Subscribe to my channel for more nail art! I started this design with a bright blue nail polish. I used a fan brush and white acrylic paint to create the base for the design. Using white first will make the neon colors really pop. I used a combination of neon nail polishes and paint only because that's what I had available. I prefer using paint for my nail art, but either paint or polish will work fine for this design.
