In this nearly twenty minute yoga practice, we are incorporating the use of a CHAIR. A chair is a great prop that can be used in the yoga practice a number of different ways. For our purposes, we'll be using it for this hip opening practice. You could even do this on your lunch break at the office (if you have a private office, or if your office is super laid back and no one would think twice about you laying on the floor and stretching). Either way, give it a try and let me know how it goes down in the comments section below. Always move within a pain-free range and take breaks as needed.
