NSB introduced a load of new mechanics to hearts of iron 4. Many which make forts become paper thin. By stacking fort attack bonus's and stacking fort nerfs forts become worthless. Is this so broken it becomes a hoi4 exploit? To master this you have to stack the right hoi4 division templates. With this you can blitzkrieg the entirety of europe by 1937 and take Russia in 1938.
