ASSISTED PULL-UP/CHIN-UP & DIP MACHINE TUTORIAL

In this video I will be showing you an in depth instructional video on the Assisted Pull-Up/Chin-Up, Glute Pushdowns & Dip Machine.

The Assisted Pull-up/Chin-up uses a gym machine that assists you by providing counterweight upward pressure during the lift.

The Glute Push-downs/Press-downs are a very effective exercise because they allow you to work your legs and glutes unilaterally and add a lot of weight without having to worry about overloading your lumbar spine.

Assisted Dips uses the same machine for working the triceps muscle at the back of the upper arm.

Pull-Ups:
Type: Strength
Main Muscle Worked: Biceps, Middle Back, Lats & Shoulders
Mechanics Type: Compound
Level: Intermediate
Force: Pull

Dips:
Type: Strength
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps, Chest & Shoulders
Mechanics Type: Compound
Level: Beginner
Force: Push

Glute Push-Downs/ Glute Press-Downs:
Type: Strength
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps, Glutes & Hamstrings
Mechanics Type: Compound
Level: Intermediate
Force: Push
