Dec is an accomplished French painter, photographer, printmaker and sculptor who has enjoyed extensive national exposure. Inspired by nature—and particularly by water—he composes works that seek to investigate our intimate interior worlds and construct a fluid sense of reality. Combining strong lines with poetic color combinations to balance boldness and maturity, he ultimately achieves an artistic signature that the viewer can feel rather than merely see.
