i'm not doing good ~ In this day/week in my gay/LGBTQ+ life in central Tokyo, Japan, I take you along with me on my way to feeling better mentally. I have been struggling, and I do go to therapy and I am taking medication for anxiety, but sometimes, I still feel low.
