Replacing Double Hung Windows | Episode 9

In our 5 Important Things video (5 Important Things to Look for When S...) Mike discussed how important windows are when buying a property, so today we're going to show you how to replace one! In our new Rosewood property, we determined that most of the windows were good, but we needed to replace the master bedroom windows, downstairs bathroom window, and one of the upstairs bedroom windows (as well as the basement hopper windows Replacing Basement Hopper Windows | E...).

They were technically in good enough condition, but we knew they were probably going to need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so, so we decided to do it now while we had the house ripped apart. This house is an old cinderblock house so we didn't want to try and redo any rough openings. Just a simple window replacement.
