Shower Pan Build

Shower base mortar mortar, a lot of people call is a shower pan.

Step by step install.The method we like to use.

Instead of using a slip sheet (tar paper or plasitc) and wire.I choose to use a membrane.You can use a uncoupling membrane like ditra,stratamat.But I like blankets permat when I have some on hand because it acts a crack iso and also Is made for stone over a single Layer of plywood.So a easy way to put it is ,it make the floor much stronger.
