It took me years of trail and error to figure out what works best for me and my hair type. This method will keep your edges laids, curls intact, and roots dry. Top Knots, this is the easiest way to create tight buns that doesn't get in the way of your workout. This also allows less moisture to get in your hair. 4. Plan your workout schedule.
