My DIY Kentucky Derby Hat

I found the basic hat base with the big bow on Amazon for around $20-$30.  You can also find the same on one eBay for around the same price.  I ordered baby pink feathers and quills from random sellers on Etsy.  I also found the pink feathers with beading on Amazon.  Just grab a few things that you think will match your hat and you're set.  You don't need a lot, just use what you have or what you can grab for cheap.  Best of luck in your hat making ventures!
