A young guest is in my workshop today. Together we repair a Samsung monitor. 5 € components and some skill and the screen works again.

Note:
As @Benjamin Fleck mentioned in the comment, it is beneficial to choose a higher voltage (dielectric strength) of the capacitors for the service life.
Plus and minus can be read directly on the capacitors and the boards, there is a small minus (-) on the board and the capacitor is provided with a white bar (there is often a minus on it).
Costs: 5 € (for the cheapest providers: as of 2019)
This is the third screen of this type that I have repaired and the same thing was defective on all of them.
