My home gym setup on
My home gym setup on a budget (UK). Since gym closures in the uk, I needed to adapt so I was able to train. So I invested into my own home gym.. without trying to spend too much money for my own reasons which I explain in the video.
I gave a full cost breakdown of all of the gym equipment which formed my home gym build. I explain which equipment I think are the most essential and which are just nice to have.
I can't wait for gyms to re open, only a few weeks now till I can upload some content in the uk gyms!
