The techniques work in this video regardless of age.

Remember, I started working out when I was 9️⃣ years old.

❇️ These are the workouts I was doing in my teens and they’re responsible for my size and strength I have today.

❇️ Because when it comes to bodybuilding, it's about range and diversity.

❇️ If you start young enough, or second best option if you start now, you’ll create long-lasting muscle that you can easily keep throughout your life.

So whenever the second coming of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Elias Goetzel from Austria asked comes to Golds Gym, we always train together. 🔥💪

(I have a soft spot for people who have the commitment and are humble.)

The video features a very strong workout where we focused on isolation in the 5-8 rep range.

Make sure you pay close attention 🧐 to the direction I move the weight (slight angle) in some of the exercises...It changes the workout dramatically.

This is a workout that I will allow you to do twice a week if you do not have genetically gifted arms, however…

🛑 You can only do it that many times per week for a short period of time, then you have to reduce back to once a week.
