In this video you can ride along on Bundesstraße B10 from Stuttgart to Vaihingen an der Enz in Germany. Bundesstraße 10 is one of the most featured Bundesstraßen on this channel and this was a part of B10 that I hadn't shown yet.
The B10 is one of the main traffic 'veins' of Stuttgart and mostly has a 2 x 2 alignment in Stuttgart's urban area. After passing the A81 Stuttgart - Zuffenhausen AS (Anschlussstelle), the B10 quickly scales down to a 1 x 1 alignment. The towns and cities into this direction are moderate in size and could possibly do with 2 x 2 alignment all the way but this is likely a dream that will not become reality for at least another few decades if at all.
We were unlucky to get stuck behind a slow tractor for quite a while, showing one of the issues of the B10 into this direction and why it's not really an alternative for the Autobahns in the region like the A8, which is always jammed around Pforzheim.
