Welcome to Sandra & Geronimo's Kitchen...scrumptious and easy baked Chicken Drumsticks, great for a Potluck, Picnic or Dinner with a side of mashed Potatoes and Vegetables.
Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
14 Chicken Drumsticks
4 tsp Garlic, granulated
4 tsp Oregano, dried
1-1/2 tsp Chili Powder
4 tsp Paprika
4 tsp Onion, dried/minced
1-1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2-1/2 tsp Pink Salt
2-1/2 tsp Oil
Line Baking Sheet with Foil.
Preheat Oven 425°F
Combine Garlic, Oregano, Chili Powder, Paprika, Onion, Pepper & Salt, whisk well.
Integrate Oil to make a Paste.
Pat all Chicken Legs dry with Paper Towel.
Rub each Drumstick with Seasoning Paste.
Arrange in single layer on Baking Sheet.
Bake 20 Minutes, remove and flip Drumsticks.
Continue baking 20-25 Minutes.
(Internal temp 165°F)
