Hi there! Welcome to Rish's Pod. I am Rishabh and in this video we are going to explain the Infosys Specialist Programmer CTC breakdown and complete salary details.
Most of us feel that we are not getting the amount that was promised to us by the employer as per the offered salary breakup sheet when we join the corporate, but eventually we figure out that they are not cheating any of us. The in-hand salary calculation is a tricky process which needs understanding as it affects our day to day life and growth as well. Most of the freshers do mistake by dividing the overall CTC with 12 for calculating their per month in-hand salary which is not right. In this video, we have covered everything one needs to know in order to estimate their take home salary after the deductions.
We hope that, by the end of this video, you will have an understanding about the take home salary computation and would not feel ditched by the employer for hefty CTC offered. ^_^
