This simple breathing exercise is very easy to learn and very easy to do. You will only need 3-5 minutes to complete it.

!!! CONTRAINDICATIONS to this breathing exercise:

After completing this breath, pay attention to your emotional state – if after performing the exercise you calmed down, you have a reduced sense of anxiety, then everything turned out correctly.
But a small percentage of people (about 7-10 %) have an abnormal reaction to this breathing exercise -
excitement and anxiety, on the contrary, increase. If you are in these 7-10 %, then do not wait for the result to appear later, and immediately stop exercising.

It's the same with pressure. After performing this breathing exercise, be sure to measure the pressure! But not immediately, but after 10-15 minutes. Observe the reaction of your pressure on this exercise. In most people, the pressure gets normalized from it - the normal pressure remains the same, but the increased pressure gradually decreases to normal.
However, a small percentage of people (about 10%) have an abnormal reaction to this breathing exercise - the
pressure, on the contrary, increases. If you are in these 10%,  do not wait for the result to appear later, and immediately stop exercising.

In addition, this exercise CANNOT be DONE:
- immediately after operations on the abdominal and chest organs (you need to wait 2-3 weeks);
- for colds and flu, with raised body temperature;
- during pregnancy, especially at the age of 3 months and above;
- the first 3-6 months after myocardial infarction; with aortic aneurysm;
- the first 3 months after a stroke; for severe traumatic brain injuries.

DO ESPECIALLY CAREFULLY: with paroxysmal tachycardia, with atrial fibrillation; with heart defects. With these diseases, you need to monitor your health and pulse before and after the session.
