How to make turkish baked potato?
Kumpir are oven-baked potatoes filled with cheese while still hot. The cheese is mixed directly with the inside of the potato and then covered with a delicious Zaziki sauce. You can then add many delicious side dishes such as meat, salmon, chicken, sucuk, corn, onions ect. occupy and enjoy.
For the Kumpir you need:
Ingredients Potatoes:
4-6 giant potatoes
400 g grated Gouda or even better Kasar
50-100 g butter or herb butter
some salt
Zaziki ingredients:
250g firm yoghurt
1/2 cucumber
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp mint
some salt
