This is one of a series of videos looking at the mechanics of Google Account access recovery, specifically what it looks like when you have three recovery options set up for yourself.
Sadly it is NOT going to get you back into your Google Account, but it will give you the background on one scenario you might encounter and, hopefully, help you weigh up what your chances of a successful recovery are.
What does Google offer to assist with recovery tries? Only this: https://support.google.com/accounts/a...
Why not offer/do more for recovery? Because the chances of recovery are set by YOU, the user, BEFORE you lose access. By adding good recovery options for yourself and maintaining these!
And since you are probably watching this because you've already lost access- there is nothing much anyone can do, other than try to explain what you might be seeing to you, and try to jog your memory.
It is frustrating to lose access, and I know this first hand. So- good luck!
