Black Belts Testing - Koryo Poomsae (First Black Belt Form)

The second component of Black Belt Testing is Poomsae (Form).  In this video all the First Dan and higher are required to perform Koryo (also spell Koryeo).  Koryo is the 9th Form of World Taekwondo symbolizing the learned/wise man.
