Ep 11 Jawai Leopard safari to Udaipur | Gogunda- Raj Tilak of Maharana Pratap | Rajasthan

Jawai is famous for leopard safari and one of the best places in India to spot leopards during the day. Jawai is about 150 km away from Udaipur.
Jawai is a jungle in Aravali hills, during the safari you will notice Aravali mountains around you.

This video was shot on 4th Sept 2022, below are the activities we did throughout the day.

Night stay before the safari day: We stayed at Jain Dharamshala at Bali, this is located 25 km before Jawai.

Jawai Leopard Safari Timings -
Morning 06:00 am to 09:30 am
Evening 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm.

After the Jungle Safari we had breakfast at Kaka Bhatija Restaurant, food was average, this is a small eatery in Jawai.
Poha - Rs 30
Aloo Paratha - Rs 70

Jawai Dam - It is also known as Jawai Bandh built across the Jawai river.
This is one of the beautiful places to visit in Jawai.

RJ 22 - We had lunch here. This restaurant is in Sumerpur which is about 15 km away from Jawai.

Buttermilk - Rs 70
Kadhi - Rs 90
Dum Aloo - Rs 170

Gogunda - This place has historical monuments of Rajtilak sthal of Maharana pratap. Gogunda is about 40 km away from Udaipur and 130 km away from Sumerpur. It is also famous for its cultural heritage.

We ended our day at Udaipur at Hotel Vishnupriya.
Tariff: Rs 2600 for double occupancy, without breakfast. This is a good hotel, usually during season time tariff at this hotel hovers between 3500 to 4000 on double occupancy.
