Oil 1/2 cup
Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp each
Add green chilli chopped 2 tbsp
Half cup brown onions
Fry till meat changes its colour
Biryani masala (recipe on YouTube) 3 tbsp
Half cup yogurt
Tomatoes 3-4 sliced

Bhoonofy till oil separates

Add 2 glass water
Cover and cook till meat is tendered

Add potatoes
Cook till half done

Add jhol (recipe in video)

Add 80% boiled rice 800 gram
Drizzle oil plus rice water

Give dum
