Cottage Cheese= 1.5 gms
All Purpose Flour 100 gms
Cardamon powder= 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder ( Baking Soda) 1/ 4 tsp
For The Sugar Syrup
Sugar= 1.5 kg
Water= 800 ml
Cardamom= 4 nos
Pinch of Saffron
Ghee For Deep Frying
