Messenger incoming call not showing in Samsung screen although you can hear it ringing

Today's video will show you what to do if a Messenger incoming call does not appear on your Samsung's home screen despite the fact that you can hear it. When someone calls you on Facebook Messenger, a pop-up window appears on the screen that shows who is calling. But if there is no pop-up on the screen and you can only hear the incoming ringtone then what you do is go to "settings". Go to the "Apps" section. Scroll down to the "Messenger" section. Select "Notifications" from the drop-down menu. Continue to scroll down. Go to "Incoming calls" and set the notification style to "sound and popup" for incoming calls. If you choose silent or disable the option to show notifications for incoming calls, you will only hear the sound of incoming calls when someone calls you on Messenger, but you will not see the pop-up.
