Goan sweet potato neuris|@akshatasrecipes

Today's recipe is a delicious evening snack which can be enjoyed with a hot cup of tea .
A great and healthy dessert as well,My Nana used to make this for us in the   holidays when we used to come from play..Healthy and so tasty.The nervis are made of sweet potato and wheat flour. The stuffing is made with fresh  coconut and jaggery and a dash of cardamon powder to bring out the deliciousness.

250 gms sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Wheat flour
2 -3 tbsp of Clarified butter/Ghee
1 cup of freshly grated coconut
3/4 cup of grated jaggery
1  tsp Cardamom powder
