Published on July 20th, 2017. Jeera rice or jeera pulao prepared some whole spices and cumin seeds flavours can be prepared very instantly and easily.  It well goes with dal fry.

Ingredients

Basamati Rice - 2 Glass
Jeera  - 2tbsn
Green Chilli - 2 (split)
Green cardamon - 2
Black Cardamon - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Coriander leaves  - 1/2 cup
Bay leaf - 2
Ghee / Oil - 2tbsn
Salt to taste
