Traxxas TQi receiver blinking/flashing green light, what it means and how to fix it...... TSM Modes

Does your TQi receiver start blinking green after you add a bluetooth link to your transmitter? I've seen a lot of people come in the hobby shop I work at with this problem and when it happened to me I tried searching the answer with no luck.
