June 1996-- I heard NS Vardo yard talking to W&W local in Hagerstown, Md. I was able to catch the
local dropping of its train and picking up his outbound cars. This Alco RS11 #863 may have been
the last one to operate in service on the W&W into Hagerstown, Md, it wasnt to long after this video
that EMD GP9 units started showing up.
