First of all, regarding donations for "friend requests."
Yes, I'm sure to some people that is considered a lot, however that is the price I've stuck to for years. It has always been $10, and I don't plan on changing it. My messages are left available for everyone to message me. Furthermore, if you were to actually message me when I log on, I typically respond to most people. Ask them for yourselves if you care that much. But your point is invalid about never talking to me again. I try very hard to stay in touch with most of my fans. YouTube is my job, I respond to as many people as I can and I try to get as much criticism as I can. I'm sorry you don't like how I run my channel, that's rather unfortunate.
24MIL Bid on My ITEMS:
Background info: Yes. I admit, during streams I jokingly mentioned overbidding onto my items. That was all a joke, and never expected anything too ludicrous. If you knew me as person, you'd know I'm an extremely sarcastic person; and with that I make stupid jokes like overbidding on my auctions. Not once did I think someone would bid that much on my items. My mistake, won't happen again.
The Player Who Bid on my Items:
During my stream, I offered to return the money because I originally didn't want to take it from him, however he insisted. His reasoning's were because he was quitting. After my stream, he messaged me on discord and we traded conversations.
What am I doing with the money:
If this situation was swapped with anyone else, I can guarantee that anyone else would've taken the money. If you're messaged, "do you want 24mil, I'm quitting," what are you to say? If it were anyone else, they would say yes. People want to look at me during this event with disgust and salt purely because 1) I'm a YouTuber 2) They weren't given the cash themselves (most likely not it lol). Also, he gave me his items and I ended up giving away 4mil, a maxed aspect of the end, a zombie sword, a runaans bow, and wise armor. So I didn't keep everything he gave me. I wanted to also give back to the people supporting my channel.
Overall, I believe anyone would've done what I did in this situation. Would you take down an offer of 24mil? My apologies throughout this though, I'll try harder next time.
